Exhibitor set up will be available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 20, and from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Attendees typically start arriving around 7:30 AM each day.

 

Spaces are approximately 8-foot X 8-foot.  One 8 foot table and two chairs are provided. Extra chairs are available for additional attendees.  All tables are close to an outlet. Please bring a 25-foot utility cord to meet your electrical needs.

Sponsors and exhibitors will receive complementary registration. Lunch and breaks on both days will be provided to all registrants. 

 

Exhibitor Space is limited due to room capacity—be sure to register your booth ASAP.
